You Should heavily screen your
photographer and videographer.
Most couples I see choose their creative vendors based off of packages and pricing- yes that is one part of it, but whether you book with us or not, here’s a tip: make sure you CLICK with your photographer and videographer.
They’re going to be next to you, with you, documenting your ENTIRE day. If they’re a bit too particular, anxious, not able to adjust or even be silent and let you breathe… your wedding day might be pretty chaotic and stressful.
I’ve seen videographers that simply don’t say anything and keep to themselves, and then I’ve seen videographers that think they’re the star of the show… make sure you screen and filter which one you want (or of course how we work is a blend of the two ;)
Below are the couples of who my team and I are for, and who we are not for. I like to be transparent and if we don’t gel, I’ll be straight up and tell you- even if you want to pay us $20k.

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 8–18 months before their wedding.
If your date is available, we’d love to chat.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. We’re based in Columbus, Ohio
and regularly travel for weddings throughout the Midwest and beyond.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on your collection and wedding season. We’ll give you a clear
timeline before your wedding so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you help with planning?
Yes. A smooth wedding day creates a better experience, and a better film.
We’re happy to help with timelines, lighting recommendations,
and anything else we’ve learned after years behind the camera.
Do you offer raw footage?
We can. Some couples want every clip, while others prefer
a fully curated experience. We’ll help you decide what’s best for you.
Do you work with photographers?
Absolutely. Some of our favorite wedding vendors are photographers.
Great teams create a calm environment and ultimately deliver better work for everyone, especially you.
What if we’re awkward on camera?
Perfect. Almost every couple tells us this.
Our approach is documentary-first, so instead of making you perform
for the camera, we focus on creating an environment where real moments
naturally happen. By the end of the day, you’ll forget they’re even there.
Do you use drones?
Yes, when weather, venue restrictions, and FAA regulations allow. If it’s safe and adds to your story, we’ll fly.
